The living room had no fireplace or furnishings. The end result is a timeless and classic look.
The living room with waterfall originally was a 60's renovation - a room with heavy dark structural beams and no lighting. I added 65 lights, after plastering between the beams. I used Venetian plaster on the beams to make them an asset to the room. The most dramatic item in the room was the replacement of the old brick fireplace. I drywalled most of the space and added a custom waterfall over the new fireplace. Placing new furnishings in line with the beams completed the setting. The clients were thrilled with their new living room.
This contemporary new powder room has an unusual Macassar ebony cabinet with glass sink and halo mirror. The walls have an unusual linen finish.

The bar was created in a space that was originally a hallway!
The master bathroom was completely remodelled with heated marble floors. I used three different surface materials, dark and light stone as well as onyx which we lit for the sink. All the cabinets are custom made. The romantic and dramatic bathroom is truly a room you do not want to leave!
This state-of-the-art new kitchen has two islands. The backlit glass tile and beautiful and unusual granite truly compliment the mahogany cabinetry. Its new appliances even include a built-in wok!
This updated home theater was designed to display the clients' Lalique collection. Flanking the fireplace the original space had kitchen cabinets. I removed the cabinetry and added lighting and maple openings to showcase the clients' beautiful accessories.
`I designed this room for Greystone Mansion Design House and it appeared in Calabasas Magazine.
Initially, the clients tried to do this room on their own. After failing to get the right look I came in and plastered the entire room, mimicing the columns and giving the room a fresh light color. I designed a custom metallic table with shots of purple, silver, gold and bronze. The colors were applied from the base of the table and fired in a kiln. The clients were thrilled with the end result! We replaced the chandelier, new fabric on their existing chairs, new window treatments and other new furnishings gave this dining room a regal look the clients really wanted.

The cocktail table is made out of macassar ebony African wood and glass. The curvilinear sofa with ottomons complete the setting. In the dining room we decided to paint 2 walls in an orange tone to dramatically enhance the art. The chandelier is authentic Art Deco from the l930's.
