As each project is different so are our fees.
No two clients are the same nor are the projects.
We custom create our agreement to suit your priorities of your project.
There is no charge for one of the designers or Sandra Costa to visit your project ( within 50 mile radius ) to review and give you the time to get to know who we are.
It is only after you are confident you have the right team we create a payment program for our expertise.
Please do call to discuss your priorities and schedule an initial review appointment.
Our Design firm does not find it necessary to charge you for your first appointment. We shall meet at your property or you may bring your plans to our manufacturing facility located in down town Los Angeles. We shall provide you with an educated report on your building plans and offer a tour of our full manufacturing services.

We believe the costs related to your project are private and confidential information. This includes fee and budget information. We will be glad to meet with you in person, without charge to discuss the costs that will apply for first class design.
We work for private international families who expect full confidentiality from our firm. We shall protect your identity and privacy in the same manner as we do with all of our clients. Upon request we will provide you with references and discuss fees and budgets.
