Cliff is a Certified teacher of Industrial Arts K-12 and a graduate from the prestigious UCLA Extension Construction Management Certification Program.

Our fee structures are tailored to each individual, and their project, depending on the scope of work for the project. For large projects, the fee structure may be based on a percentage of overall construction cost, whereas smaller projects and consulting may be based on an hourly rate and/or cost plus basis.
