HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR
We are a well-established multi-line showroom organization based in Los Angeles, representing luxury furnishings and textiles. Our customer base includes design professionals in Southern California and Las Vegas. It is our mission to deliver the highest standard of excellence in product, supported by excellence in service.
A candidate for our Hospitality Coordinator position must take great pride and ownership in assuring luxurious service and in nurturing relationships with our customers and stakeholders, which include 1) interior design professionals, 2) manufacturer partners, 3) purchasing agents and 4) colleagues in the showroom and throughout the larger organization.
The Hospitality Coordinator is both consultative and assistive, with the goal of providing informed and appropriate solutions for hospitality project needs in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will already be established in the hospitality industry, with the administrative prowess to support the Hospitality Sales Representative and the department’s sales and success.
This challenging opportunity exists for a seasoned professional with the following qualities:
- High-end hospitality project management experience, including price negotiations
- Strong sales and impeccable communication skills
- Self-motivation, discipline and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Independent work ethic and also able to work well in a showroom/team setting
- Furniture, textile and lighting expertise
- Experience in the field of interior design
- Administrative proficiency
- PC computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook. STUDIO IT knowledge preferred.
- Expediting experience with strong emphasis on the processing of data
- Experience working with international customers
